Praise to the Lord!

There is much to praise our Lord for. For myself it is the everpresent healing that the Lord administers to my life on a daily basis. Having had a second TIA a few weeks ago, there are no residual effects. For this I give full praise to God, for His loving mercy, and grace, applied to my life.

It is comforting to know that there are many people around the world who have added my name to their prayer lists. Thank you for your prayer!

Joyfully Blessed

Let as all celebrate our life in the knowledge that we are indeed blessed by God.

Psalm 5:11-12 (KJV)
But let all those that put their trust in thee rejoice: let them ever shout for joy, because thou defendest them: let them also that love thy name be joyful in thee. For thou, Lord, wilt bless the righteous; with favour wilt thou compass him as with a shield.

HEALING

Good news from the Eye Specialist, everything is clear. Sight has returned to normal after a hemorrhage in the right eye in November. Now just a check in 3 months, for any changes.

Exodus 15:26 (Message)
That's the place where God set up rules and procedures; that's where he started testing them.
God said, "If you listen, listen obediently to how God tells you to live in his presence, obeying his commandments and keeping all his laws, then I won't strike you with all the diseases that I inflicted on the Egyptians; I am God your healer."

Life's Word

“He has told you, O man, what is good, and what the Lord requires of you: Only to do justice and to love goodness, and to walk modestly with your God; then will your name achieve wisdom.”
Micah 6:8 (Tanakh Translation)

The Tanakh Translation is a Christmas gift, so I thought that I would quote my Life/Ministry verse from that translation.

Preach the Word

2 Tim. 4:1-5 (Message)
I can't impress this on you too strongly. God is looking over your shoulder. Christ himself is the Judge, with the final say on everyone, living and dead. He is about to break into the open with his rule, so proclaim the Message with intensity; keep on your watch. Challenge, warn, and urge your people. Don't ever quit. Just keep it simple. You're going to find that there will be times when people will have no stomach for solid teaching, but will fill up on spiritual junk food—catchy opinions that tickle their fancy. They'll turn their backs on truth and chase mirages. But you—keep your eye on what you're doing; accept the hard times along with the good; keep the Message alive; do a thorough job as God's servant.
